So the end result is, V-ray image is worse, coz Kray version is more photoreal :)

Yea, this is where it comes to wether being photoreal or just visually appealing...

For me, the VRay render takes more advantage from the more saturated and lighter background, that makes more "bluish" shadows, while the less saturated backgound in Kray image makes them more gray. I don't like the pool in both images, and in Kray render I think plants gets too light green.

I think the most obvious difference is the sky. It's a little dull and gray in the kray render (it's a little too saturated for me in the vray one though). Other than that I'd say they are equal technically.

This is not always the case especially in archiviz presentation. I think most would rather have an appealing image than a photoreal one. For example in a magazine most interior shots are set up to suit the camera to make them look more appealing to readers and designers. You rarely find a photo that wasn't manipulated with set lighting or post processing after the location shoot.

And that's exactly where artists ability to create nice atmosphere comes to play... I agree Janusz could make it better although that's not to say he can't... just wait what he comes up in the future :)
