Animation questions

Question to make sure. If I render a animation in 1 pass with Both settings and I have a computer crash at say frame 100 when I reload scene can I start at 100? or do I need to start over so there is no jump in the lighting?

With "both" enabled it saves both irradiancemap+ eventually new FG rays continously so just reload the scene and keep on render with same settings.
