VRay scene to KRay
Re: VRay scene to KRay
It looks good.
I am curious what quality you can squeeze from kray.
She has been working on the interior scene since yesterday. Salon_B3 file
The 1300 px test was a lot of noise, but it took about 4 minutes to render.
Full hd I fired for the night tomorrow I can put in the view.
Below are some renderings from K2 engine old but with a bit of practice it goes a long way out of it.
I am waiting for K3 and shaders. then the bend could work commercially on K3.
If you refine your scene, we can mention it. I'll send you one of your interiors.

As for what we write, we will exchange knowledge.

Re: VRay scene to KRay
I hit K3 test on this scene...and I found small bug with bum in override mode

Re: VRay scene to KRay
I'm seeing:
1) Light leaks at the back of the left roof, where it meets the back wall (might be on the right side as well but that's invisible in this render)
2) Black mesh pattern on the trash bin - could this be flipped polygons shadowing themselves?
3) Black sole of the right shoe on the floor in front of the bed - also maybe flipped polygons.
Did I miss any other errors?

1. not light leak: impossible in K3. Simple error in poly (I merge them and there is something wrong)....you know: export from max to obj and import to LW....did not have time to check what is wrong there.
2. standard after exporting (flipped)
3. standard after exporting (flipped)

Re: VRay scene to KRay
Finally I updated scene becasue I wanted test this crazy bed lamp with refraction blur 200% and inside bulb 1500% LEM.
I did not setup all surfaces yet.

Re: VRay scene to KRay
Janusz, well done.
A qualitatively very similar result as in Vray.
The image from the vray has been subjected to postprocessing, therefore the differences in key.
Practically the same quality

Re: VRay scene to KRay
Full test:
Of course no shader system in scene.
Noise from lamp impossible to clear in K2.

Re: VRay scene to KRay
Hi guys, could you anyone share this scene? I would like to test it with 2018 native renderer.
