It is doean`t matter for what. Importing is easy. 2D images you must search google, personally I do not use 2D so I really I do know subject.Alek6 wrote:Thanks Janusz but it's for 3dsMax.. and in 2D what is the best?
Re: HQ Plants
Xfrog.com has a lot of excellent models ready to be used in LW in 2D or 3D.

Re: HQ Plants
Hi Alek6 and the ohers,
I just finished an animation project with lots of trees and we had lots of antialising issue's with the vegetation at distance. The only way we could fix it was by rendering plates of parts of the scene vegetation (limited region at 200%) and place those renders on image planes. We tested everything, from shaders, lighting etc and the issue's came from too much polygons at a certain distance.
So keep in mind that this problem can happen with long shots. If anybody knows another solution, be free to share it.
Grtz!
Fabian

Re: HQ Plants
1. This noise can be also from reflection if you have, particularly from blur.
2. It can be from GI (low QMC shader)
3. It can be (I suspect) low resolution of animation and weak ant Aliasing.
4. It can be (I suspect) High video resolution and good Anti Aliasing also
...but sadly still.
Apparently I have no solution for that. Only post process fore example Denoiser II in After Effect. I know problem and it will be solve in K3 by let`s say dynamic AA. New AA engine in K3 will have detection: where must be strong AA and where weak. Anti Aliasing is connected strongly with GI , and having new engine automatically we will have faster AA.
Try put on the leafs this setup: this is minimum. Also do not add reflections on leafs only specular.
