Can anyone help me optimize my kray settings so I can render this sooner?
Right now it takes 1 hour, 30 min per frame. I must have something wrong in my settings. I see more complex renders here and at the newtek forums and render at half the time.

Why use so many arealights when you can use imageworld and an hdri,lightmapping and light the scene with radiosity? Is your goal to only use raytrace? Try radiosity since it renders at about the same time.

I don't know what you mean by lightmapping. What is it and how do I implement it in my ...

It seems to be a bump map that's causing the error. I removed the map and Kray renders it just fine.

I would like to upload the scene file with the map but it will excede the max limit of 256 KB.
Can an administrator allow me just this time to upload the 4.3 MB scene so Silverlw can take a look ...

I'm not able to post the scene right now. The scene is 4 mb with all the image maps and the max it 256 kb for posting. I'll have to remove the image from the scene on Monday. I'll post it then.

I tried setting the smoothing angle to 30 and it doesn't fix the error.

Wait a minute......., wouldn't a smoothing angle problem also show up also using lw's renderer???
