I could count to 3-4 small dot's in the image and im curious what they are.

It's your arealight reflecting in the surface.
Turn of "Area light visibility" Under quality tab and the noise should be gone. I think this is kind of a bug or more precise it's a tweak of Krays adaptive bluring that we need to change a bit to get a better result. Also switch Kray to Luminosity modell=indirect to gain a little cleaner look.

Edit: There is also a problem with the bed it'self. It's the morphtargets or it's UV map causing the bed to flicker alot.
Do you really have to ask that? Ofcourse we will fix it but i cant get you a date since Grzegorz have to finish sdk for virtualrender first. Thanx for letting me peek at your scene and it showed a severe bug we wasn't aware of so this shows how dependant we are of everyones help. For now i would say Morphtargets are a no go so i would advice you to animate it with normal keyframing/scale/size/rotate to get it to work.
