I have just bought Kray and it looks pretty good so far, however; I would like to start rendering with it straight away but can't be bothered tweaking all the dozens of settings.
IS there a setting set that can quickly render the following scene without much tweaking? I have ried to render the same scene in Kray and the image burns-out completely.
I use FPrime as my main renderer but it has speed issues due to the lack of settings. The following render took 2 hours for the low quality using MC radiosity at 2500x1250.
Thanks.

Your image will be much brighter because Kray computes all the bounces. This means a lot of light bouncing around. Usualy for interiors your renders will look very dark in Fprime, but will look OK rendered in Kray.
So - get rid of any fill lights or any other lights you don't need. For this interior it should be enough to have only skylight and Sun.
Turn to medium preset and follow my tutorial here http://www.kraytracing.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=411
Let us know how it goes... cheers!
