Thanks for the comments. The interiors where done 3 ways. For the bottom/streetlevel I searched for store front images and just placed them as textures. The multi colored boxes are just colored lights. The condo upper interior I random placed an extra poly inside the glass where I wanted lights on and placed a lum texture.
