Best for me is:
1/Active Real Lens Camera in LW and choice some camera (Canon A10 Lens STANDARD, Irradiance fallof 1.0)
2/ Active Depth of Field in LW.
3/try use: Lens F-Stop around 1.2-1.8, Focal Distance You see from Top View in LW.
4/under Kray Turn ON FSAA G6 Mitchell (minimum setup)

This setup are in this renders:

For fast prev You can use low FG ( 200/0) and FSAA G3.
Best DoF You can see when You use G10 FSAA
For very fast DoF You can use DoF Pro under PS (You must render Z-buffer under Kray), but better is when You use oryginal DoF from LW (better quality/realistic)
