Hello silverlw, If im not mistaken its a kray data file that stores menu settings in layout. johnny quick offered a kray.dat file for other users to study. I could be totally wrong though, so here is the thread.

Use "load GI settings" button in Photons tab.

Studying thses settings has helped alot.
