The scene needs more contrast. And the materials look like self illuminating. Are those lighleaks on the stair corners? love the colors scheme though.

almost perfect... 
the only thing, but probably this is dictated by the client... personally, i do not like the image format and orientation. the stair theme would rather suggest a 'portrait' or vertical oriented format to give the image a bit more depth. the ceiling is cut off too soon, in general the stair probably needs a bit more 'air'. if free to choose, i also would try a square format for this scene.
