Here's a recent animation.

The scene uses 1.7 instances heavily, it would have been impossible to render without it! GI is loaded from file. AA is not great but I had to take a time hit somewhere.

Nice job! Heavy scene I imagine... How much polys is that?

It would be nice to see more light coming from outside and a bit more contrast.

The scene itself uses around 800Mb of ram and without instances it is in the region of 300K polys, if you included all the instanced objects polys would be around the 5 million mark. Kray instances really rock!

There is probably 100+ lights with a few lumi poly's.

I totally agree with the light/contrast issue, I tried a lighting solution with lumi poly's in the windows but I had to crank up the quality level to get smooth GI results and I really could not afford the render time. The animation was for concept reasons so I could get away with the realism factor being reduced.
