this is a test, how do I do to obtain a offuscated glass.

Im not familiar with the term "offuscated" but english is not my native language. I think you mean frosted glas/hard to see through, that can easily be achieved by turning on a slight amount of refractionblur on the glas. Try values of 2-5%

Sure as i described, use refractionblur but very small amounts.
