Slowly trying to add more and more 3D

To add 3D plants you need:
- really good 3D models (really heavy stuff with millions polygons)
- very good surfacing (according to physics)
- very good light (according to physics)
- very good Instance setup
In k2.x trees must be render with QMC or Path Tracing system on the leafs,because of speed render. Kray 2.x has problem with sampling GI on small objects so we must wait for K3 for his new engine and fixed AA sampling. Here some my latest tests with old Kray:

Biggest problem ofcourse is, like most I guess, we don't have unlimited budget to buy all kinds of HQ 3d trees, shrubs etc ...
What would you recommend? What do you use yourself? Commercial or selfmade?
