still need some help to achieve quality, many attemps, but don't get with the right settings, can somebody tell me some settings....?

ok I have smoothet the shadows and the higlights, but still have to many grain in the render

Are you using Area lights or lumi polys?

ok, I set min rays from 250 to 100 and max from 300 to 1000.. and I got less grain so i will try now with max rays 2000... lets see what happent...

I have area lights threshold 0.002 Recurse min 2 Max 4 but luminosity model not in automatic but in compute as indirect

Try min4 max 6 then.... maybe it will help.
Luminosity model doesn't matter since you're not using lumi polys.

Okay the problem was that you didn't check "cache irradiance" in General tab.
This means kray won't use speedups for calculating GI but it will use brute force method similar to LW...
