Hi Janusz,
I bought a complete EverMotion bundle and I transfer all to LW.
Do you have a trick to automatically retrieve textures from a FBX
(MAX to LW)
Thank you in advance

- demo MAx3D
- demo V-ray
- script from tutorial topic: http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scrip ... erter-v2-5
- always use original max files (not added obj or another files...I do not trust them with export)

With a bit training you will do it in couple of second.
Small tip: use drag and drop system always in Max3D and Modeler - it save time.
Be careful after export, sometimes max3D save his own textures (rescaled) to the same catalogue - delete them all. Use always original textures from package.
This part is manual (it`s depends from export) and need put manually original textures sometimes in Modeler...but It takes while.
Doesn`t exist completely exporter Max/Lightwave so procedures above are for exporting wire and keeping original UV map...but this is almost whole job

Surfaces you must setup by yourself.
If are problems in some points: ask.
Good luck!

Re: Evermotion bundle
One more think:
Sometimes models has subpatches in Max - of cours this will be transformed to normal wire during exporting.
Also sometimes model after exporting to obj format need fix in Modelere (change denisty, making subpatch or making it better because many models are just poorly done)

Thanks very much !
It's what i do with fbx file for a long time.
Enclosed is my current job. I think I have to do 100 to 150 apartments per year ....
I also do some outside views for real estate developers, but I'm not good.
Thank you again.

High quality render needs a lot of time...sometimes setup one camera in perfect angle and place takes a lot time

Also surfacing (this real top) and lighting is next nightmare...
