Here is another test of my version of kraywell and in the new test there are more objects and the time render is shorter than other tests.

Here is the test.

yep seem to turn out better and better. Are you using arealights in the window? Are you using pmapping? how many cells you get? try to get atleast 30-100 thousand cells.

Yes I used area lights in windows and pmapping with cache irradiance and a simple backdrop. In this scene I get 3214 cells.

I really happy with the timer renders of kray with globlal ilumination. For the moment I want to learn all that I need of kray to can make better works in the future.

Post me the scene and i will tweak it with 1.612 for you so you can study it.
The backdrop will do no god when you use photonmapping except that it will cast some finalgather rays.

Yes Ana im playing with your scene now. Glas should be singlesided in kray and translucensy should only be used when an object is backlit like for example when you want to be able to se that someone is standing behind a curtain or a japanese paperwall. I'l be back...

Here is my first 4 minutes testsetup in 1.7
I can reinstall 1.612 again also if you want me to and setup the scene there Ana?

Yes, your first test in kray 1.7 is really good, when you can make a setup for 1.612 I'll test my scene. For the moment I'm making more objetcs for this scene.

yeah i will fix same scene in 1.612 for you also. I tweaked it some more and this is probably the best i can do with it in 1.7b 1minute 37 seconds.

ok this was the best setup i could come up with in 1.612 demo and it's basically the same scene that i used with 1.7.
