its model from Archiexterior export in obj format load it in lw i do just Surface setup and lighting and render

looking good, but some textures seem to be a bit on the lo-res side! but personally i find all these evermotion scenes quite boring. sort of instagram fotos as 3d scenes. cool looking in a first place, but then, what will the image really tell us? ...but maybe i'm just too critical

that's why i prefer personal modeled scenes by far.
