Possible in kray 2.4?

So we can hide hdr lighting with a black image and get clean alpha.
I did tried that. I used a huge black poly behind all objects that faces camera all the time. Its workable except it was affecting the lighting and reflections on objects.jure wrote:Definitely not in 2.4 since it was released already.
We have it on to do list, but i don't think it's gonna make it in before 3.0. I think you can work around this problem with black poly or something like that.
I think You should play with Refine Edge in Photoshop. This is POWERFUL tool.jnom wrote:I did tried that. I used a huge black poly behind all objects that faces camera all the time. Is there a command I'm missing that could possibly make the black poly work like a bgimage composite?
Set it to unseen by rays and gi but make it seen by camera and turn off cast/receive shadows + alpha constant black. That should work fine.jnom wrote:I did tried that. I use an inverted black sphere that surrounds the whole scene with the above recomended setup and works fine.jure wrote: ...
