render with lumi panel or area light

hi boys, i've a question.
i've render a scene with lumi panel and sferical light an a scene with area light in ceiling but is not a good render.
post the render image and setup...who can give me same trick for a best render?

Hi Nico, I suggest this settings:
lumy in windows could color and ceiling warm colour

hi salvo...thank's for your setupa but there's a big lighting.
post one render of "old" set and your set (it's impossible see the particular!!)

Hi Nico,
what is the power of lumi?
You must play with power lumy and set best result
I use a array lumi ceiling 1mx1m but you put a adequate number
You test with one to one until you render is good :)
and.. postprocessing is very very important :)
