Very nice!...but can you write some details about render?

Thanks for looking.
I use just dponts sunsky because I can see sun in viewport. Physical sky in kray is good but hard to point direction.
No other lights. Bake and rendered less than 1min/frame in q6600.
Characters and shadows rendered separately then composite in AE.

Cut your car into pieces. Parent them to a rig and create two keyframes one with tpose,how your robot looks like, and the other in the car mode. I have my tpose robot in keyframe 0 and car mode in keyframe 1. So if there's a shot I could just keyframe a tpose at frame 40 and pose my character to something I want, then do the inbetween from carmode to frame 40.
