I think you must improve:
1- better glass
2- need background
3- trees
4- no tile texture
5- better camera view
6- street detail
7- better light
8- wall color
9- fence color

little post in PS. I hope to finish this work until this weekend ...

A zillion time better, except :

-palm trees to close to the building,
-postworked noise is useless or exaggerated
-some cheaper cars would be more realistic

The bloom effect on the top left window is quite cool.
