Nice comp. You could improve textures - one can see tiling on the roof. Would be also nice to see some tree shadows on the building.

i think that full 3D is needed when you need to animate, but otherwise i'd always advice to do the way that makes you save time and budget for the sake of your business or client's wallet and also number of projects you can handle at the same time!
