Here a new update. I change so little the carpet and wall colors, added some objects and now im looking for nice table center to add to.
Some light add, i use surface light 350% intensity but i dont see that this iluminate so much (autopart used too)

Looking better and better. Keep working on those sofa surfaces. Add some more light into the left corner which looks very dark now.

Those lights are so small that you would need to crank luminosity realy high... maybe 10x as much as you have now. Or use regular LW spot or IES lights...

I add 8 ies light to the scene and another area lights in windows that i forget . Now render time x3.... 50 min. in i7 920

Is correct this? i try changing quality light to 1 and time is similar.

How can i optimize this?

still too weak light IMHO. Use lumi polys instead of area lights... it will be faster.
