It mostly depends on which type of render you want. If you want something natural, just try to simulate real light colors, intensity but if you want something that looks like professional interior pictures, you need more lights like a photographer would do with flashes or lights. It is solidworks for most parts. I had to rebuild some parts with Rhino. I tried to get only quands, but surfaces were crappy, so I just took those triangles.

Nice renders, but your white look grey, even those that are supposed to be pure white (exterior).
And watch out for your Z-depth aliasing (assuming that's the way you got your DOF) because it creates jagged edges (ie. the basis of the glass).
