hi res crashes

Post by albertos2008 »

hi to all.. I have found some crashes rendering in hi-res images (4000x3000)
(using half resolution everything goes right)

I'm using standard medium kray presets with no caustics on a pc with "just" 2Gb of RAM

do you know wich kray parameters should be fixed to avoid that? the scene is very simple...

thanks

Alberto

thanks johny..
yes I was thinking the same.. I have to buy extra ram...!

I'm currently using BNR on a 5 node little farm (and it's crash anyway..)
this night I will try the useful splitting feature..

thanks...
