I've been using it 3 weeks now. Its very fast for rendering interiors. But this comes with years of input from beta testers so its no surprise. Now I am testing to see if it can do other renders FAST (cars, exteriors, animation). I haven't had much success. Maybe the old timers can get good results...

I wrote a tutorial about using SG_CCTools with Kray... thanks Jure I just now saw this as well. :oops: I just finished outputting some material for a client (in LW) so I am hoping that I will have the afternoon free to try my hand at these tuts... I reckon it's just a matte...

Good question I have seen this pop up and I am curious about this as well. Also, is this a windows only based tool???

Turn luminosity mode on quality tab to indirect for start... It does also look like leaking light in the corners. Please post your precomputed only render too... Some nodes work indeed yes, but many still don't. Soon one whole OB will be dedicated solely to node bugfixes. We plan to make full compatibility with nodes then. I tried this scene I am on the 9.5 ob UB Mac and I got a prompt for SC_CCfilter and the Sunsky.plugin. The scene loaded but when I went to render it promptly crashed Lightwave....

Unfortunately, there are a lot of settings to keep up with and the manual is not really that insightful. it also appears that quality output is the personal domain of a select few. Some of my questions have gone unanswered, no biggie but I have noticed that others are getting vague answers when more...

I am trying to adjust my octree depth as reccommended by the renderer (Kray) but when I go to adjust my settings the octree depth is greyed out. Any idea whay I can't adjust this setting???

Indeed! I would like to see some settings. I am having some issues setting up some scenes It owuld be interesting to see some other settings to compare. I work best by using the "reverse engineering" approach. So any settings or scenes to annylize would be great....
