Its time to create tutorials with voice,especially for kray tuts, even if you're not native speaker
Even lino grandi tutorials are good even with accent. Voice over makes it more pro and not induce sleep.

Also with voice being recorded while doing the tutorial something comes up and you tell the audience the why not just the how to do it. Or making mistake in the video then you tell the audience I made a mistake but this is the way to do it right or avoid this problem. That's also important.
