It looks like we're very close to a release.

Any plans about the beta, will it be open or closed?
Because I'm on the Mac my interest on an open beta would be strong, usually there are too few testers for the mac version in a closed beta.

Exactly. Whole core almost connected to Lightwave. Missing only some small details (I think only IES lights).
After that will be beta and hunting bugs. During beta I think Grzegorz will start connect also new functions: VPR, Displacement, real time tone map and many another functions. Also menu will be rebuild.

From a marketting point of view, what's going to be the selling point of kray 3.0?
Compared to other renderers out like arion, octane, thea, etc, what does it offer?
It would be good to start thinking how to market kray 3.0 as early as now.

This is question to G. He has some plans for that of course, but from another side he concentrate also at development of Kray Core by SDK Kray to another software. Of course Kray for Lightwave is his priority but is too early to make any marketing moves.
