Living room

This is the latest charrette over at 3dAllusions.com (thread, downloads & credits here).

30 mins on my quad core. A little postwork in LW (better bloom, vignetting by real lens camera) and then some brightness/colour correction.

looks great ! I can see kray killing modo in both quality and render times already from what I have seen.

Just tried out Johnny Quick's tailer commands to oversample this scene (prerender 1,4,0.1;gradients_neighbour 0.1), and reduced FG rays to min200, max 400.

Blimey!

Oversampling will be added to GUI as it also is in for example blender/yafray but they call it refinement. Read more at http://wiki.yafray.org/bin/view.pl/User ... ayLighting

Very good light and render! - but You must make better technical quality (blurr, AA)

yes upping the settings should be easy , quality wise its already there

Interesting - I actually sharpened these after rendering because I like them like that - maybe I overdid it. Here they are again without the sharpening applied. AA is quasi-random 10,50 fullscreen. Mitchell filter. There is also some slight DOF.
