What do you think about this new AMD micro whith 6 cores?

I find this that suport 4 instambul mics 4x6=24 threads!!

I want a good motherboard where you can install the cheap quadcore xeons like 6 or 12...

Or as many as you can afford... but 4 instead of 2 processors would be nice too...
