Morrocan Bedroom

This is the bedroom for a Morocan villa.
Some PS for the mood of the room.
I found the management of the light not so easy in Kray, but once I tweaked the gamma and exposure, I got way better results!
My main problem was "flat" renders.
Now I always render in hdr format, used depth in PS to vary the modd of the light and the RGB pass for shinier colors.

I still have a lot to learn about Kray, but it's a start with this render.

Th main problem today according to me is that the Aplha channel is not right. sometimes it's useful but many times it's painful. A transparent object in front of a wall shouldn't appear in the alpha channel while it does today. Will this problem be fixed?

Hi Khan -

Very nice render ! I would love to see this at 1280 pixels across or more at pretty high settings, I think it would make a difference on the grainy parts, and also on the ornate detail of the lamp, we should be able to see more detail.

I do the same with PS for later tonemapping I think pretty much everyone does some HDR tweak in PS (nothing wrong with that!!) even Vray ppl do that ;)

Overall very nice, I would say maybe the sun needs to be a little brighter (the sun shining at the bottom left corner of the render) maybe twice that intensity even saturating a little bit, so that the Sun's light bleeds into the whole ambient (just a personal opinion) would make the mood much livelier.
