I think you are on correct path. Simple scene but good light.

Nice lighting mood. The texture is blurry though, and doesn't repeat well. Concrete textures are easy to find in high res on Google - this is the first thing I would fix.

thnx guys i put on all surfaces desaturate 100/100. and bounce recurse 20.i also tryin different tonemap .

i know its just very basic scn and basic texture. i didnt make effort . its just about 5 min whole think from modeling to rendring.
