Seems to me that the hallway like areas should be much brighter. Probably not bright enough with lumi polys. Also a space like this with such volume might have some overhead lights, high pendant lights etc. Not sure if this is artistic or fully designed from arch drawings...

It all seems a bit dark to me. But from first image to second, your making great progress!

azman_821009 the update it's > quality.
now you can work on surface.
floor need reflection + blurring
light power need + pover - so i think work in pwer 1.0 - test 1.5 or 2.0
active physical sky and playng with tonemap.
and read the tread as this:

thanks for the comments guys. this perspectives took almost 3 hours ++ for render time with resolution 3730x1754.
It's normal for render time for the resoultion? And how can I reduce the render time for animation?

Now I know why you have "flat feeling light" because of Gi resolution. It was really too big for this scene (over 2 meters) Also very bad setup with GI.
Here my 5-8 minutes renders + QMC + fast AE. I used only Physky light.

thanks for the comments Janusz. usually for the exterior i used GI about 2-3 meters & for the interior is about 250-500cm :( .. are u using just only Physky Light? no additional light? i'm still not familiar to play with tone map.

This resolution (2-3 m) you use for bird eye renders because detail are far to waste time for good GI, but in this case 500-600 mm is ok.
Use this tonemap:
