For me looks good except the quality of blur and anti-aliasing. Also some materials I would like make better. For example apples and tomatoes: they are to shine. Personally I use google image searcher to watch materials from real photos or from real life :wink:

What can I do to blur and anti-aliasing? What could be setting the scene?

This is screenshot from pre-render (better is to post final render - then we will see more information).
This effect will be less visible after finish render - if not then You can increase blur samples (for example 1 , higher parameter make problems with contact shadow) and increase FG min/max Rays (for example 600/1000, this is major part of render engine in Final Gathering. Raising up for example 600/2000 You increase time render around twice but quality of samples is higher)
