i am trying in lw 11.5 a scene with ray recusion limit set to 12 ( i need this value because have some glass lamp one behind the other) , and lw render much much much faster than kray..... as a macterr of fact kray is so slow that is almost unusable... have someone bumped into the same problem? am i...

as we have in maxwell, instead of using lw imput for material as lw materials work a bit differently with lw engine than with kray engine , the adavantage in having kray materials ( as we have mawell materials o fry materials) would be that u can have a base scene optimised for lw engine , than use ...

is there no just way having this simple command working with kray?

i know there are also other ways to get the same result but using render sel object is undoubtly faster!!!

It seems to me it doesnt work properly ... many scene i used to render whithout problem with lw 10, now crash

in a scene i doubled the limit from 6 to 12 ( because some glasse behind glasse looked dark) but render time went fro 5 h to days...
is 12 recusrsion limit to high? if yes how can i solve the problem with glass behind glass?

i am wondering how i have to set CS in lw in order to have kray tonemapping working properly
