Hi Is there a way to keep the diffuse of a material constant no matter how you change the light intensity? Or maybe if you change the light intensity the diffuse property of the material will adjust inversely so it will not get blown out when setting the light to high intensity? What happen is when ...

I am testing some render here even if i just used linear mapping no QLWF and tonemapping, just linear, it is very dark. i changed to gamma 1.2 only still not convinced. i think, hope im wrong, kray doesnt have indirect bounce of light specially on ...

Hi, Yes it is a GI Independent render. I did not have any success with Time Interpolation. And no, MB is post work. All to keep render time down. IF is GI Independent render You used QMC, because I don`t see any blinking GI in scene. Second I saw You used AE with MB (small twist MB on objects borde...

Re: lightening up shadow

Re: "Ground those objects" plugin for Mac ?
if you dont want to buy commercial ROG plug in (like me), you can use the "STIPPLE" tool. it's under create tab, points and look for stipple. even you have a terrain with different elevation you can still use the stipple. you just assign spacing in x,y,z and it will automatically lay point...

Re: What improvements would you like to see in Kray next?
i voted for all except for the network rendering. but the most important for me is i think, better / faster g.i. (ultra super duper F***ing photo realistic result). :) VPR or GPU rendering is just added feature maybe. since if it can render faster with better g.i ., why do we need VPR or GPU? but of...

Re: animation / fly thru
to erwin, what i press is KRAY ANIM. is that the same with the render sequence? what i meant about choppy is, its not smooth flying through. i think because of the step. it shows from 30 then 60 then 90 on so on till it reach 3000 frames, that is why it look choppy, yup plus no AA too. i just tried ...
