help exterior lighting for a part of city

hi guys i need of help because i've problem to setup the best lighting for exterior scene for a place. i can't see you the scene because it's for contest and it's anonimous... i have modeled the place, use the dome with sunsky texture at 200% intensity, one area light with falloff and use the sunspo...

i've post without ps only for show the effective render!!! :wink:

after the render i use play with curve for contrast :mrgreen:

but my render aren't very very realistic...you use same thickness as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merlin :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
