Fprime seem the most realistic render. you use HDRI right? in FPrime render we really can feel the HDRI lightning but in Kray and lightwave we cannot feel it. maybe that why fprime need more than 2 hour for have no noisy image. can you try a render on kray using HDRI, and post the render with render...
