Re: Exterior Node test
a shader with nodal access would be great for the surfacing system! this way it would be only used if kray is active as engine, right?
as for the lights and basic surface parameters i wish we can use all standard LW ones...
cheers

Re: Exterior Node test
will K3 support LW material nodes like delta? and if not, will there be a way to support objects which are natively setup to shade with LW's delta node? i'm asking because nearly all of my scene assets are setup this way. in octane there is a 'bypass' node connection which makes native node system l...

Re: Exterior Node test
nice and clean animation demo, but honestly i would prefer to see K3 images and render times... ;-) i tried to render my latest scene (a very complex clothing department interior which is under NDA, so sorry i cannot show) with kray 2.58, but even after messing around for one h and reading all the o...

the only thing: not convinced by the floors in some of the scenes, see for example too much bump in last one...
looking forward to see your web presence online!

Re: Kray Packaged Scenes
very nice objects and scenes there. while still waiting for your web site to go online, i would recommend to sell not only complete scenes, but also single objects or object groups. this will make your target group bigger, as i guess very few here will buy complete scenes for that price. too expensi...

Re: Corona Render Engine
corona is an interesting development for sure! but when looking close at corona's renderings i'm totally missing that 'real' touch. it looks all very pleasant, but somehow a bit 'fake', imo. but maybe it's more important to look good than real? probably, in the right hands, you can make it look tota...

Re: KRAY 2.56 is outq

is it safe to have installed kray 3 beta and 2.5.6 together in LW 11.6.2?

Re: Your prefered modelling software?
using formz by autodessys here for many years! solid modeling, parametric modeling, nurbs, facetted and smooth objects, etc etc... outputs as LWO.
