Re: K3 OB4 Progressive Photon Mapping

I have much slower response of KRay3VPR with OB4. It takes long time to update. I don't see any progressive updates. Do you know why?

Re: K3OB4

"Do we really need preview material Node?" I think it would be good to have such a preview or at least possibility to quickly see output of each part of node separate. This function is in Blender (viewer) and I like it. There is no function isolate object or surface in Layout so for heavy ...

Hi Janusz
I forgot to thank first. Well, I finally needed again, the same setting for another job and in search found this thread. So late, thanks Janusz :D

Re: Lightwave's future

Hello Janusz, I like what you wrote down in your post. This is the best feedback to all dissatisfied people who are always waiting for something magic which will improve their 3D outputs (LW, Kray) without hard work and continuous diligence. I mean it in general. I don't want somebody takes personal...

Re: the new engine GPU come to life

Hello Janusz. What type of answer from Grzegorz are you waiting for? There is still great potential to share ideas about node set-ups even for Kray 2.
I think all this could be used for Kray 3 later as well.

Re: the new engine GPU come to life

Hi all, I vote to use more presets Janusz created some time ago and try to improve them. It is really great source of information and it covers 80% of all materials. I know there are some materials which are very difficult or even impossible to simulate without proper shaders. It would be good to cr...

How to render only buffers ?

Hi,
I have finished the final render and doing post production.
I want to ask if you can somehow quickly render only one of the buffers (Surface ID, Object ID, alpha-channel, etc.)? Maybe if I was of him for the final render forgot to activate.
