Increase min rays... if that doesn't help then perhaps it's not reflection blur that is grainy. It could be GI if you are using uncached FG.

thanks Jure,

yup im using uncached GI. im loving the result of uncached and i dont want to go back to caching GI. my FG min ray is 4000 and max ray 0.

what amount i should use for the ref blur min/max setting?

What difference are you liking in the uncaching vs. the caching?

Uncached in kray as I understand it is bruteforce method like fprime montecarlo, vray qmc. This produces the best quality renders at the expense of render time. I've tried it as well and for stills it looks great. Nice contact shadows and more subtle lighting.

It's not exactly like fprime since it still uses photon map for second bounce estimation. But like you said it gives great quality of GI since there is no FG interpolation.

@larry's

the moment i got my machine in the office upgraded, i started using uncached GI. it has a different quality and im not saying cached gi has no quality, im just lazy using it. :D

please take jnom and jure's explanation (experts) to why i like uncached.
