Re: Modern house

Oh by the way, should I ask you if you're using kray physical sky for exterior lightning or standard LW light? (Yes I'm curious, but as you won't make tutorial before kray new instancing system, I had to ask questions! )

Re: Modern house

Thank you for precisions. If I understand Kray instancing system correctly, the placement of "proxy" had to be made in modeler, and from that, I think there is many options or plugins in order to place proxy in modeler in a easy and natural way. So for now, I think the main points to have ...

Re: Modern house

That's really inspiring to see your render :) Personally I wouldn't care about adding non-realistic color/mood if it's giving some poetry to the picture, even if Arch Viz is about realistic rendering... Some questions about this picture though: http://www.kraytracing.com/joomla/forum/index.php?id=33...

Re: Low cost apartment

Hi Khan, I'm not really seeing the contact shadow's problem you are mentioning, maybe it's due to the high reflexion value of the ground? Thank you Jure! My setup was already 1000K photons and 1000 N, but I solved the problem by enclosing the room in a double sided black box, as in your lightportal ...

Low cost apartment

Hello everyone! Here's my second attempt with Kray, this is a ancient model of low cost apartment I have so I decided to render it with Kray. I don't change many seetings in Kray (I mean many properties panels have the "low" setup) except for the photon technique (This is photonmaping but ...

Re: First Kray render_need feed back!

Thank you Janusz, yes I was expecting low render time as the render at 100% (50% of the picture I have posted here) and with low render settings was very fast...maybe I have to play with kray shader for texture with reflexions....or maybe I've read that area light are not the best options with kray ...

First Kray render_need feed back!

Hi Everyone! I'm starting on this forum with a first kray render. As it's a test, I've choose something simple to model. The trees where here to allow me to test kray instancing, but finally I render them as classic object (they were done with tree designer, really excellent plug!). So finally I thi...
