Re: Rendering several cameras with a single button hit
I rendered several camera angles and zoom values last night. One camera positioned over a few key frames. Make the zoom value stepped. Works perfectly fine.

Re: Light exterior scene, interior details - how to?
I'm a photographer for video and stills along with a lot of other things I do, but it's all kind of different and hard to wrap my head around when I'm in a computer program. And I'm kind of thinking of the computer "come on stupid, do what I think!" How do I go about hiding the l...

Re: Light exterior scene, interior details - how to?
Problem then is that a lot of the scene will be blown out. What you see in the little render preview is in the shadow areas. I'll give it a go when I get back home though.

Light exterior scene, interior details - how to?
I've started lighting an exterior scene, and I'm pretty much happy with that. I will present images for a lighting and texturing competition (no real prizes, only badges or icons on the forum.. and then there's the kick in the butt for those who use 3Ds Max to take a peak over the fence - the grass ...

Re: They left their piano
Here's the full res. It's a lot softer due to all the effects, but then again, I think it looks more like an old scanned photo.
Notice I enhanced the effect of chromatic aberration in this version, and you can see it much better in full resolution.

Re: They left their piano
I set my computer to render at 1920x1440 and went for dinner. I came back and I forgot I had activated the magic "make good" script.
I'll post the full resolution image if there's interest for it. .

Re: Sample scenes "Cannot render photon maps"
Hehe, good point. I often take work back with me home. Maybe it's time to buy myself a wife and download a house.

They left their piano
I've been fiddling with Kray ever since I bought it a week ago, and tonight I've been playing with the piano from one of the example scenes, along with some newly bought wooden floor textures. Here's the original render and the retouched one. I wish I could get the Z buffer to work as I thought it w...

Re: Sample scenes "Cannot render photon maps"
I've been away for some hours now and I loaded a scene again. It's rendering fine now. What I've done is shut down LightWave - been gone for a few hours, open LW and a scene and hit KrayFrame again. Really, really odd.
Good looking scenes though

Sample scenes "Cannot render photon maps"
I simply load a scene and hit the KrayFrame button. And in the Render log I'm presented with a line !!! Cannot render photon maps What's this? I switched to Photon Maps, same message, then back to Light map, and I still get this message. I'm at home now, so the specs are Win 7 Home Premium x64 Core ...

The "Lightmap tutorial scene" is missing
I get a 404 error when I click to download it.
The link pointing to "Kraytracing resources" is dead too.
