Kray.exe is the renderengine developed here. If you want it you have to buy it. Probably you can turn the check for Kray of in BNR.

And here is another guess: Catmull will add black lines in contrast areas like luminous surfaces that will look jaggy so do a test with pixelfiler Mitchel or lanczos

Use about 1 million received photons/Nvalue 200 and set finalgather max distancevalue lower until you get nice contactshadows.Try maxdistance 200-50 The denser the finalgather rays are shoot the more detailed shadows you get.

it's because Kray freezes all objects static in place when you use krays "Shared gi for all frames". Next update will have this limitation removed so even if the actual GI aint updated objects should be able to move around anyways.

Using portals are as easy as setting glass in a window. If you already have glass in the window you can turn the glass itself into a portal by adding a shader.
