I think this is general broken object.
Probably if I will create it from
beginning will be ok.

I think the geometry is causing some serious issues here. I can't actually triangulate (T) this object in Lightwave - it hangs. Can you try yourself?
If the model causes LightWave to crash then I can't import it. I had a look at what it was doing in the code on import and it tries to reference point indices that don't exist.
However, all is not lost. I did find another bug in this model related to materials that I have fixed.
Yes …actually I found also this one which create error (I just wanted triangulate and I get freeze) Very strange object. Of course it render under LW but is funny.
