quick scn test version

i notice visible directly in physky2 sill make noise in rendering .

in screen i use 400 reflecion blur value s u can see it give noisy points . i think need to fix .

600 LEM . 80 exp in tonemapping .

This is not problem with Physky but general problem with background light.
Is not so easy to deal with that problem existing everywhere in all render engines. At least in K3 you can get little noise from background without using problematic Skyportals! that's very good piece of code in core engine but I think we must try again optimize it. I will talk with G. about it.
