please, say parameters for floor - diffuse, reflect, how much blur reflect?

may be more some shadows near book at the floor?
this area look flatly... corner of the book in air.

Did u model the blanket or did u use a plugin for it?

This is finished scene no plugin.
Maybe author used CloathFX.

blurring treshold, min, max rays
blur. accur. limit

Try this:
Higher min. better blurr - longer time.
