You could fake it by creating transparent cone with gradient.

and Kray 1.7 OB2 is not support volumetrics light?

"Kray 1.7 Open Beta 2 released
Kray has been updated today. Changes include:
- Advanced Camera Tools support (for now LW 9.0 only)
- LW volumetrics support (early version, LW 9.0 only).
- improved stability (Mac issues)
- many bugs fixed"
