Best advice I can give you is to get 1.7.
It hurts when I see people strugle with 1.612 demo when 1.7 so much better.

Anyways post your FG settings and I'll see what can be done...

Ana -

Looks good, I have to agree with Jure, 1.7 is SO much better and easier to get a good quality image right from the start since so many things have changed.

Plus, its a great encouragement for developers to keep releasing new versions and making progress.

Here is the result of render with lw render engine with interpolated radiosity and plugins SG_Amb_Occ_Exp and FI's_LocalAmbient. The time render is 1h, 20min with 8 indirect bounces.

I think that I can make a better test with native render of lw. I'll prepare others settings to test, this test is better but isn't really good.

The last render with lightwave engine was made with less AA=5 the other test was made with AA=15, and I change other settings to get render time of 16 min.

Here is the result, I pretend to make a test with kray to get better results in less time.

Here is the better settings for kray. Exterior GI in kray with glass windows is too difficult I supose that the 1.7 is better for this kind of test, and I have to delete the glass windows of this scene to get this result. I would be make a test with light windows but the result isn't the same.

Tomorrow I make the same test in high res and full aa.

hey, good tests... please show a screen grab of all your Kray tabs, so we can help in getting better results.
It looks some tweaking are necessary.

I can make at the moment a better test, I up my computer to amd 4200+ dual core and I can put better settings for kray. For now I'm making a test with a little bathroom. When I can I post screenshots of bedroom and bathroom.

yes, on amd 4200+ you can set better settings for kray.. but dual core will be work only on 1.7 version kray...

Here is a little test, and kray run better with this cpu that with my old xp2600.

In less time I can get a better image with less splotcheas and the settings can be better but for this test I think that it's good.

much better! but time...! slow..

Try to solve light solution without bed, to get white walls.
multiplier above 1.0... 2.0 or 3.0 trying?

your render with AA ?
